"Mangra" is a derivative of the word mango. The descriptor is usually used to refer to lighter-complected people. "Mangra" is the shortened form of "mango-skinned." We have often thought that it paralleled the yellow skin of the mango with the cool undertones in the skin; although, recently we have also heard accounts of the parallels in smoothness of the skin to that of a mango. It is also alternatively used to refer to the mango itself. This tee, like all of the tees in our colloquialism collection, is a celebration of our dialect.
